Promoting Diversity at 2007 Conference

NAAEE Renews Its Commitment to Racial and Ethnic Justice in EE at 2007 Conference - Martha Monroe, NAAEE President

NAAEE has had a strong interest in promoting diversity for several years and has recently renewed that commitment. We are embarking upon an important path toward using EE to reshape and reinspire urban educators, to work on racial and ethnic justice issues regarding the environment, and to work toward sustainability.

Our conferences have had and are continuing to have a number of sessions to help us all learn more about these opportunities.

I encourage you to attend as many of these sessions as possible.
