Registration Rates

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION COST (includes Wednesday evening performance by John McCutcheon; Thursday evening exhibit hall grand opening party with a performance by Peter Yarrow and dinner provided; Friday continental breakfast, afternoon locally harvested dessert buffet, and transportation to Nauticus for Stapp Scholarship Auction and included buffet dinner; Saturday continental breakfast and awards luncheon; all keynotes, panels, symposia, special events and sessions beginning Wednesday evening through Saturday afternoon)

Important Registration Information

 Administrative Fees: There will be a $10.00 administrative fee applied to all mailed or faxed registrations.  NAAEE strongly encourages you to use the on line registration system

 Early Birds: NAAEE must receive your registration with payment on or before September 14, 2007.

 Refund Policy: Fees paid for field experiences, workshops, the Research Symposium and closing networking dinner are nonrefundable. For conference registration fees, a US $100 administrative fee will be assessed on written refund requests postmarked or emailed by September 10, 2007; no refunds will be given after September 10, 2007. A $75 administrative fee will be incurred for registration fee name changes.  Refunds will be processed following the conference.  DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND BEFORE JANURY 15, 2008.

 Cancellation Policy: Field trips, all day workshops, the Research Symposium and closing banquet are subject to cancellation if registration numbers for these events are exceedingly low.  If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified no later than October 10, 2007.  You will be offered an alternate field trip(s) and an alternate all day workshop if the one you signed up for is cancelled.  If you choose not to accept an alternate option, you will receive a refund.  NAAEE cannot be held responsible for travel arrangements made by participants in the event of a field trip or all day workshop being cancelled.

 Liability Waiver: In submitting your conference registration, you confirm that you will participate in all of the 2007 NAAEE Annual Conference activities at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree to hold the NAAEE Board, its staff, contractors, and agents harmless against all injury that you might suffer at any time during this conference.

 Photography Agreement: In submitting your conference registration and attending the 2007 NAAEE Conference in Virginia Beach, Virginia you understand photographs may be taken during the conference in which you may be included and you agree and understand that these photographs may be used by NAAEE for promotional purposes in print and on the World Wide Web.

 Registration Deadlines: All registrations must be received by November 1, 2007 or they will be processed on site and incur an additional $50 administrative fee.

No registration form will be accepted without payment included. Confirmations will be issued via email.
