NAAEE has a simple online registration process for most people attending the conference. However, some people have unique situations that don't fit the "one-size-fits-all" concept of the online process. So if your registration matches one of these scenarios, you should print out the hard-copy registration form by clicking here. 

• Institutional or Commercial Members-- If a representative of your organization other than the main contact person listed on the organization's profile would like to register as a member, please use the hard-copy form.

• Multiple attendees from the same organization -- If you plan to register several people from the same organization and want to pay with one check, or want to pay with a credit card but don't want to have to submit the same credit card information multiple time, please use our hard-copy process.
  

• Family Members-- If family members would like to accompany you on a field trip or to the closing dinner, you can register them as part of your conference registration using the online registration process.  You can register a maximum of three (3) guests online. If you have more than three guests, please use our hard-copy process.

• If you would prefer to not register online because you have specific questions, feel free to contact NAAEE.
