NAAEE/Pierce Foundation Film and Video Contest Release Form

If I am a winner in the 2008 NAAEE/Pierce Environmental Education Film and Video Contest, I agree to screen my film at the 2008 NAAEE conference in Wichita, Kansas. I understand that I must pay my own travel expenses to the conference, but that my registration fee will be discounted to the “Early Bird Student Rate” as part of my prize. I have read and agree to the Contest rules, and certify that I am authorized to submit this work to the Contest and that all materials included in the work have been legally cleared for use at the NAAEE Conference. 

If I’m requesting return of my submission after the judging, I’ve enclosed self-addressed packaging with prepaid shipping for this purpose. If packaging and postage is not included, I understand that NAAEE will donate all copies of my submission for use by researchers and environmental educators. I understand that my choice of returning or donating my submission has no impact on the judging.
