Online Registration is Now Open!

Please read the following information before entering the registration system. The link for the registration system follows this information.

Current Members/Contacts: Access the registration system by entering in the email address and password associated with your NAAEE membership/account.  Once you have successfully logged in you will see the "NAAEE 2010 Conference Menu" on the left side of you screen. Click on the "Register for the Conference" link to start the registration process. The registration system will automatically show you the appropriate rates for your membership type. If you have recently purchased or renewed a membership, please wait for confirmation that your membership has been processed before registering for the conference.

Nonmembers: If you have not previously created an account in the NAAEE Membership and Contact Database, you will need to do so in order to log in and register. Please create a free account by clicking on the "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" link above the user login fields. Once you have activated your account, log in and you will see the "NAAEE 2010 Conference Menu" on the left side of your screen. Click on the "Register for the Conference" link to start the registration process. The registration system will automatically show you the nonmember conference rates.

Registration Opens: June 21, 2010

Early Bird Deadline: NAAEE must receive your registration with payment on or before August 11, 2010.  After August 11, regular registration rates will apply.

Advance Registration Deadline: All registrations must be received with payment by September 15, 2010, or they will be considered on-site registrations and you will incur an additional $50.00 administrative fee. No registration will be processed without payment. Confirmations will be issued via email.

NOTE: A $20.00 administrative fee will be applied to all mailed or faxed registrations. NAAEE strongly encourages you to use the online registration system, which will open on June 21, 2010.

*A 1-year NAAEE membership is included in the cost of a nonmember's "Full Conference" registration.  The membership will be activated once payment is received.
