Reach approximately 1,000 of North America’s top environmental educators, by hosting an exhibit booth or advertising in the printed Conference Schedule

This is the largest regular gathering of environmental educators in North America.  For many of our participants, this is the only conference they attend all year, and they are eager to visit our Exhibit Fair.

Our attendees not only purchase "green" products, they are educators who are always looking for new avenues of environmental protection to showcase to their own audiences at locations such as:

  • universities
  • nonprofits
  • parks
  • museums
  • nature centers
  • K-12 classrooms
  • government agencies

By "walking the talk" in their presentations, they provide an extra reach for your products or services. They brag about new finds that help them leave a smaller ecological footprint, and yours could be on their "brag" list!

Exhibitors

NAAEE wants to be sure you have the best possible experience at our event.  To provide dedicated time for attendees to visit your booth with NO scheduled competition from other conference events, we will feature a number of special events in the Exhibit Fair:

  • an opening reception
  • two breakfasts
  • an authors' corner
  • several coffee breaks

Based on comments from last year’s exhibitor evaluations, this year’s Exhibit Fair schedule has been created to maximize exhibit exposure, while still giving you time to attend some conference events, particularly the keynote speaker sessions, as long as you register for the full conference.

The Exhibit Fair will take place in the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel ballroom, which is fully carpeted, saving you that extra expense. If you are selling publications, we will be glad to advise you of all of our keynote speakers’ books in advance so you can stock up to take advantage of audience interest.

Advertisers

Advertisers have a wide range of advertising opportunities -- including placement in the conference goodies bag and in the printed Conference Schedule.
