Pre-Conference Workshops

If you want more time to explore environmental education topics in depth, you can choose from among 17 preconference workshops that begin on Tuesday evening, October 10, and run through Wednesday, October 11. Some workshops offer lunch, some will involve off-site activities, but all will give you an opportunity to spend a day or more exploring, discussing, dissecting, and enjoying a single subject. Please note: If you sign up for field trips 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, or 9, you cannot also participate in a workshop, because they overlap.

EETAPPre-conference workshops begin with a two-hour session on Tuesday, October 10, at 7 p.m., continuing Wednesday, October 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

Workshops A, C, E, and F are possible through the generous support of the Environmental Education and Training Partnership.

Workshop prices are determined by actual costs, including instructors’ fees (if any), audio-visual costs, food boxlunch icon (if provided), and minimum number of participants required.
