Downloadable Registration and Information (Our Hard-Copy Process)

1) The downloadable NAAEE Conference registration form (2-page PDF).

It is strongly recommended that you use the hard-copy form if one of these scenarios applies:

• Institutional or Commercial Members-- If a representative of your organization other than the main contact person listed on the organization's profile would like to register as a member, please use the hard-copy form.
  

• Multiple attendees from the same organization -- If you plan to register several people from the same organization and want to pay with one check, or want to pay with a credit card but don't want to have to submit the same credit card information multiple time, please use this hard-copy form.

• Family Members-- If a family member would like to accompany you on a field trip or to the closing dinner, you can register them as part of your conference registration using the online registration tool.  Please note that you can register a maximum of three (3) guests on-line.  If you have more than three guests, please use this hard-copy form.

• If you would prefer to not register online because you have specific questions, feel free to contact NAAEE.
