In the U.S., Madison WI is the epi-center of environmental education according to Google.  WI is a leading state in EE, this result is no surprize.

However, if the region is set to 'all', then Brisbane, Australia takes top honors (at the time this article was written -- these trends will change) followed by three cities in India.  I do not know enough about India cultural norms but it's possible that the phrase 'environmental education' is popular in India for reasons that do not apply in other english speaking countries.  It's also just as possible that India is a hotbed for EE.
