How to search for EE Resources
What's in the directory; how to use search results to identify reviewed resources; what the review tells you
What's in the directory
The National EE Directory lists resources in the following categories:
- Educational units
- Lesson plans
- Professional development/training workshops
- Presentations
- Events (includes conferences)
- Projects
- Materials (curriculum guides)
- Interpretive (e.g. field trip, zoo program, exhibit)
- Service Learning
- Web sites
- Residential Learning (e.g. camps, outdoor education)
- Publication
- Audio/ Visual
These can be sorted according to the name of the resource or the name of the organization that provides that resource, as well as by the geographic area in which it was produced.
How to use search results to identify reviewed resources
After you make your selections and hit "Search", you will see a list of resources found that meet your parameters. Look

What the review tells you
The review is designed to show how both the submitter and an independent review team view the content of the resource when compared with the NAAEE Guidelines for the following key areas:
Fairness and accuracy
Depth
Emphasis on skills building
Action orientation
Instructional soundness
Usability
