Charge to Materials Review Advisory Council (MRAC)

1. Make recommendations to the NAAEE Board regarding the criteria and procedures to be used in establishing state and national Materials Review programs based on the NAAEE Guidelines for Excellence.

2. Make recommendations to the NAAEE Board on the national coordination of state Materials Review programs and the distribution of reviewed materials.

3. Inform NAAEE’s strategic plan regarding Materials Review.

4. Regularly report on the work of the MRAC.

5. The MRAC may recommend modifications to its structure and charge to the NAAEE Board for its approval.

6. The MRAC will be incorporated into NAAEE bylaws and will be expected to function according to all clauses affecting councils.
