March 26th, 2009: NAAEE Announces Release of RFP for Social Content
Today, Thursday, March 26th 2009, NAAEE is announcing the immediate release of two Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
These RFPs address two projects, only one of which is funded at this time. The projects include:
- Social Content Project:
This is a project to replace our EE-Link web site (http://eelink.net)
which includes our EE-News service and the web component of our
Resource Review project. This project is currently funded. You can
download the RFP here. Questions are due on April 7th with propsals
due to NAAEE VIA email at 5pm EDT on April 13th, 2009.
- Membership Management / CRM Project:
This is a project to replace our membership management system and the
membership management system for at least one of our Affiliates. The
winning vendor will have a contractual relationship with NAAEE and a
separate contractual relationship with the Affiliate(s) that also
choose to adopt this solution. You can download the RFP for Membership Management here.
Vendors that
respond should have teams of at least 5 people. Vendors will be asked
to present a response only to the Social Content RFP at this time. Additional terms and
conditions are in the Social Content RFP. The Membership Management
RFP is provided for information purposes at this time. We will ask a
single vendor to deliver both the Social Content and the Membership
Management solution to NAAEE. However, because Membership Management is yet to be funded, we would like a 1-page
summary of your approach to the Membership Management solution at this time, not a full response. We would like a full proposal to the Social Content RFP.
